Welcome Speaker Brent Kedzierski
Brent is the Head of Learning Strategy at Shell and leads Shell’s efforts to drive connected learning and as a strategic capability and competitive advantage. He specializes in tackling complex organizational capability challenges that matter most to high risk organizations in the era of Industry 4.0. For the last 20 years Brent has led the development of various high-profile HR capability building strategies across Royal Dutch Shell. These initiatives have resulted in delivering greater workforce capability and helped position Shell as a recognized leader in human resource management. Prior to his Shell career, Brent lead an impressive portfolio of capability building projects in other high-risk industries such as aviation, criminal justice, nuclear, and healthcare.
Keynote Speaker Cyndi Gillie-Keeth
Cyndi is currently the simulator trainer for Marathon’s Galveston Bay refinery, using custom simulators and Simtronics to build competence and confidence in new and incumbent Console Operators. She is a certified Stress Management Coach and has worked in petrochemical and refining for 24 years. Cyndi is a PTEC graduate, has served as an adjunct PTEC instructor at San Jacinto College, has led several industry related presentations, volunteers at College of the Mainland mock interviews, and mentors PTEC students.
